Our Story
Răstolița Trout is more than just a company.
It represents our concern for quality products that help the consumer develop a healthy lifestyle. It is the concern for the environment and the desire to offer products that meet the European consumer standards.
SC Euro Păstrăv S.R.L. was organised in 2006, having a continuous development, financed by the European non-reimbursable funds (through the POP project, financing contract No. 189 / 04.06.2014). In 2014 we have finished the company, and in 2017 we reached the maximum quality level for our delivered products, obtaining the ecological certification no. 2-05550-2017, being the only Romanian trout certified EU.
Our products are BIO and meet all European quality standards, becoming the title for international fairs. The most recent renowned presence was at the Anuga Meat – Koln International Fair in October 2017.
We produce rainbow trout for consumption, the production cycle starting from the embryo spawning stage. We own all aquaculture licenses and licenses no. 0079 / 04.12.2014 and no. 0080 / 04.12.2014 in this area, having a production capacity projected at about 25 tonnes of rainbow trout.
